At HOST, Ghidini will present the MC 400 form finisher for shirts, short work jackets, polo shirts, and T-shirts at its booth in Hall 5, Q 03.
Featuring a central plate that moves laterally, it has pneumatic sleeve clamps with ergonomic cuff locking, a stainless steel frame, and every function is controlled by a PLC touchscreen to set ironing cycles, manage software updates, and monitor productivity.
At the booth, visitors will also find the economical plug-and-play DORIS A table, equipped with a water tank that makes it self-contained and not to be connected to a water supply, a double pedal control for both right- and left-handed use, and the option to equip it with a blowing device.
Also on booth will be the RTL 135x50 rectangular press (with a stainless steel upper plate, ideal for ironing cotton garments), it's completely self-contained and includes a boiler, extractor, compressor, steam iron assembly, and an electronic control panel for cycle timing; and the VAPOR ES steaming table, Ghidini's flagship product. Featuring a fully-functional steam chamber beneath the perforated plate, it allows for even steam release. The version presented at the fair also includes a blowing device and three pedals for optimal control of the three basic functions (suction, blowing, and steaming).
Finally, Ghidini's numerous steam generators, equipped with an iron or plate for vertical ironing, particularly popular in both hotels and community centres, will also be on booth.
